3. Service Requests, Quotes, and Scheduling

When you call us, text us, or submit a request through the Site, you are asking us to contact you about garage door sales, installation, or repair.

• Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment or a specific arrival time.
• Any quote or estimate is based on the information you provide and may change after we inspect the door or opener.
• Work performed, pricing, and payment terms are confirmed directly with you before the work begins.
• We may use an automated answering service to take calls and messages when our office is closed or our team is unavailable. A team member will follow up as soon as possible.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Program description. Yeti Garage Door sends text messages related to your service requests. These may include replies to your calls or texts, missed-call follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, quotes, invoices, and service updates.

How you consent. You agree to receive text messages from Yeti Garage Door when you provide your mobile number on our website, call or text our business line, or give your number to our team. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service request.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

How to opt out. You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you upload photos or other information through the Site, you confirm you have the right to share them. You allow us to use them only to review, quote, and complete your service request.
